A certificate of advanced training is a document on education according to the “Code of Education” (Chapter 10, Article 98, clause 1, clause 2.10). Samples of the certificate of advanced training were approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus No. 194 dated July 27, 2011. The basis for issuing a document on education is the decision of the state examination (attestation, qualification) commission of the educational institution (Education Code, chapter 10, art. 101, paragraph 2).

“Foreign citizens and stateless persons temporarily staying or temporarily residing in the Republic of Belarus, who have received education in the Republic of Belarus, are issued education documents in Russian, Belarusian, English, French or Spanish of their choice” (“Education Code”, Ch. 10, article 98, paragraph 16).
